Terms of Service

BK Laundry Services provides residential and commercial laundry services in Hamilton and surrounding areas, including wash & fold, ironing, household item cleaning, and specialty cleaning for shoes, backpacks, and jackets.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, damaged beyond reasonable cleaning, or that pose a health or safety risk to our staff.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, item type, and same-day availability. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Payment is due upon delivery or pickup of your completed order. We accept Visa/Debit, e-transfer, and cash at the door.

Online bookings processed through our website are handled securely via Stripe. By completing an online payment, you authorize BK Laundry Services to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that order.

Minimum order requirements may apply to certain services. These are disclosed at the time of booking.

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup at no charge by contacting us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled pickup, or after items have already been collected, may be subject to a service fee.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will re-clean the affected items at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only where a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the concern. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed and accepted without complaint at the time of delivery.

We take great care with every item entrusted to us. However, BK Laundry Services is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, or items that cannot withstand standard cleaning processes.

You are responsible for disclosing any special care instructions for your items at the time of drop-off or booking. We follow care label instructions where visible and legible.

Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to ten (10) times the cost of cleaning that item, not to exceed the item's fair market value.

We are not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the completion of service.

Your personal information is collected and used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with the law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and resolved through the applicable courts or small claims process in Hamilton, Ontario.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and BK Laundry Services with respect to the use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available at bklaundryservices.com/terms.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
